Dilly Avenue has the quality mission of its services and at Dilly Avenue, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. As a matter of goodwill you can return any product when it is presented in saleable condition, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied.

We want to give you a hassle-free way to return anything, so any item, that has not been worn, can be returned to us within 15 days of receiving your original order, excluding sale items. We only accept items, undamaged and not worn, sent back in original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding delivery note.

  • Return cost of the products are responsibility of the  customer.
  • In any case please mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties if you are returning from a country different than Switzerland.
  • You can return your parcel using any postal service. When shipping the products back to Dilly, please use the original package and provide the return form. When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
  1. Your order number
  2. Which items you’re returning for a refund
  3. Reason

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us -remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it; in some cases we propose the returned item to be insured.

  • We can’t offer an exchange on returned items but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
  • It can usually take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us depending on your location and which postal service you use.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return back to us in its original condition. Once received, we’ll refund via your original payment method – this is usually done within 1 working day. It can then take up to 3-5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition and the 15 days of grace period expired, we may have to send it back to you at your charge.

We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Dilly

Please have the return shipment confirmed and store any necessary receipts/confirmations carefully in the event of queries.
